Some of Laura’s earliest childhood memories involve sitting in the back of a courtroom watching her dad advocate for his clients.

Even then, she knew the importance of the work her dad was doing, and it sparked a desire within her to do the same.

A Texan through and through, Laura was born and raised in Houston, received her undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and received her law degree at The University of Texas School of Law in Austin.

Laura was born and raised in Houston and graduated from Saint Agnes Academy. She attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature with a minor in Political Science. After college, Laura attended The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, where she received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May 2022 and became a member of the State Bar of Texas in November 2022.

Laura is excited to start her law career alongside one of the very best trial attorneys in the country, her father Steve Kherkher.

When she’s not working, Laura enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, reading, and rooting on her TCU Horned Frogs.
