Victoria "Tori" Brown

Associate

Victoria (“Tori”) Brown is the newest Associate Attorney at Kherkher Garcia.

Tori focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury cases as well as general civil and commercial litigation matters at the state and federal level. Tori is adept at handling all phases of litigation—from pre-file, file to trial, and beyond.

Tori’s hands-on experience, coupled with her desire to help clients navigate what may be the hardest time they’ve ever been made to face, convinced her to obtain her law degree. Tori’s goal is to provide each client with a sense of understanding, to let them know there’s someone in his or her corner, and that she will fight to achieve the best possible results for them. Tori’s work ethic and natural ability to make clients feel at ease have given her the ability to provide needed guidance and smart counsel in several high stakes matters. Her clients have quickly become used to her empathy, understanding, and commitment.

Tori’s a proud former Bostonian. After graduating from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with a degree in criminal justice, she continued her education at the Boston University Center for Professional Education, earning her certification as a paralegal. She then worked as a Litigation Paralegal in Boston, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice matters. While working as a Litigation Paralegal, Tori simultaneously attended law school in the evening at New England Law | Boston in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating at the top of her class. After graduating from law school, she moved to Houston, Texas and began her legal career as an attorney.  Prior to joining Kherkher Garcia in 2023, Tori worked at a top-tier litigation firm in Houston, Texas for several years, where she gained invaluable experience litigating commercial and personal injury cases.
