Woman nearly drowns in pool on Breckenridge Forest Dr

SPRING, TX – A woman was hospitalized after being found at the bottom of a pool on Breckenridge Forrest Dr, reports the Houston Chronicle.

At around 9 p.m., the woman was found at a home located in the 23800 block of Breckenridge Forest Dr. Once she was discovered, she was transported to a nearby hospital via Life Flight.

No additional information, such as what events led up to the drowning and the current state of the victim, are not available at this time.

Boy saves girl from drowning in Cypress Station pool

HOUSTON, TX – A boy saved a girl from drowning in a pool on Sunday, reports KHOU.

The boy, a 10-year-old, was swimming in the pool at the Retreat at Cypress Station Apartments’ pool when he saw a little girl at the bottom.

He then swam to the bottom of the pool, grabbed the girl, and brought her to the surface. The girl’s family and other bystanders performed CPR and resuscitated the girl.

Two drown off coast of Bolivar Peninsula

GILCHRIST, TX – A father and son drowned Saturday off the coast of the Bolivar Peninsula, reports Houston Chronicle.

Brian Tell, 32, and his 16-year-old son were pulled from the water around 7 p.m. Tell went into the water to help his son after the boy was caught in a rip current. According  to officers, the rip current caught both swimmers.
