News: Man and wife injured from apartment fire at 3635 Shaver St

PASADENA, TX – At least two people were injured in a three-alarm apartment fire at 3635 Shaver St on Monday morning, KHOU reports.

The fire began on the first floor and then spread to the attic. About 20 units were affected. Firefighters arrived on the scene around 5 a.m. and battled the blaze until after 7 a.m.

Two people, a man and a wife, were pulled from the inferno. The woman was taken by helicopter to a hospital in critical condition. The husband was taken to the hospital via ambulance. About 30 percent of his body was burned in the fire.

Emergency crews report to apartment fire on Greens Rd

HOUSTON, TX – A fire at an apartment complex was reported in the Greenspoint area of Houston on Saturday, reports Fox 26.

Firefighters arrived at the apartment complex of 1100 block of Greensroad around 5 a.m. and quickly put out the flames.

The cause of the fire and whether or not anyone was injured is unknown at this time.

Braeswood Blvd apartment fire hurts 3 people

HOUSTON, TX – Arson investigators are looking into what started a fire that injured three people on Monday night, reports KHOU.

Firefighters were dispatched to the apartment complex located on the 8900 block of S. Braeswood Blvd after receiving reports of at least one apartment being on fire.

The current condition of the three injured in the blaze is unavailable. The incident is still under investigation.
