Michael Rodriguez is a trial attorney at Kherkher Garcia LLP who represents individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He has served as lead counsel in multiple jury trials, conducted hundreds of depositions, and managed complex cases involving trucking collisions, medical malpractice, and premises liability. Michael takes pride in guiding clients through the most difficult chapters of their lives, standing with them when powerful corporations and insurance companies refuse to take responsibility.

Michael’s advocacy has earned him national recognition, including listings in the Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation (2024 & 2025), the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In addition to his trial practice, he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Advocacy at South Texas College of Law Houston, where he coaches moot court teams that have won national championships.
