Daphnie Escobedo is a dedicated first-generation attorney from San Antonio, Texas, who brings enthusiasm and compassion to her practice at Kherkher Garcia. After witnessing family members affected by catastrophic injuries, Daphnie was inspired to pursue a career in law to help others facing similar challenges.

Daphnie graduated cum laude from the Honors College at University of Texas at San Antonio with her bachelor’s degree in Politics and Law. Daphnie then went on to earn her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Having clerked at Kherkher Garcia during law school, Daphnie understands firsthand the complexities of personal injury cases and is driven to help clients navigate the toughest parts of their lives with a caring and understanding ear. Daphnie is passionate about fighting for individuals who cannot fight for themselves and making sure that they get the best possible outcome.

When she’s not advocating for her clients, Daphnie enjoys spending time with her family, her Yorkie, Bowie, and reading literary fiction novels.
