Born and raised in Houston, Nick earned his BBA from Texas A&M University before pursuing his legal education at Texas A&M School of Law. While in law school, he gained hands‑on experience representing low‑income taxpayers against the IRS and competed on the alternative dispute resolution team.

Nick’s practice centers on catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation, including oilfield, sex abuse, and commercial trucking collisions, along with other serious injury matters. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Before joining Kherkher Garcia, Nick worked as an insurance defense attorney, focusing on commercial trucking and automobile accident litigation. His experience gives him unique insight into the strategies insurers use to minimize or deny claims. Today, he leverages that insight to stay one step ahead of opposing parties and protect the rights of his clients.

Outside the office, Nick enjoys golfing, cooking, college football Saturdays, and attending major sporting events. Nick has attended various events, including the World Series, Super Bowl, Masters, and Ryder Cup.
