Sadi has a diverse cultural and occupational background that makes him a well-rounded trial lawyer, intellectually as well as physically. Born in Columbus, Ohio, he later relocated to his parents’ hometown of Arecibo, Puerto Rico. His mother, a laboratory technician, choir soprano, soccer association president, and female Scoutmaster, shared with Sadi her relentless drive to help others. His father, a physician, singer/composer, and professional team owner and champion taught him a strong work ethic early as a teenager.
As a Partner at Kherkher Garcia, Sadi brings more than 20 years of legal experience to his clients. His practice is focused on representing individuals and families in serious personal injury and complex litigation matters. His experience includes 18-wheeler and commercial trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, rideshare sexual assault, and emerging litigation involving online platforms and religious institutions.
Sadi also represents clients in Uber and Lyft sexual assault litigation and has experience handling cases involving alleged abuse and misconduct connected to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). His practice also includes emerging litigation involving Roblox and Discord.
Before transitioning to plaintiff-side representation, Sadi represented trucking companies in defense litigation. This gives him firsthand insight into how trucking companies, insurers, and their defense counsel evaluate and defend injury claims. He now uses that perspective to help injured individuals and families pursue accountability when they have been seriously harmed.
