Woman crashes, hospitalized in Conroe

CONROE, TX – A woman is in the hospital following a crash in Conroe on Saturday, according to Montgomery Police Reporter.

The woman was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe with three children passengers on FM 1314. As the woman approached Old Humble Piplin road, she strayed off the road and into a wooded area.

Firefighters extricated the woman and hospitalized her in critical condition. The children, who were between the ages of 3 and 10, were not injured.

The Texas Department of Public Safety, DPS, is investigating the accident. They believe impairment may have played a role in the crash.
