Update: More details on fatal Crosby crash released

CROSBY, TX – A crash in Crosby involving a tricycle killed a man on June 18, reports police.

AT around 3:57 a.m. Holt Maggard, 57, was driving a tricycle northwest on the 3400 block of Farm to Market Road 1942 as Lexee Patin-Taylor, 24, was driving a Ford Fusion northwest. Taylor struck the tricycle from behind.

A paramedic pronounced him dead at the scene.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the case.
