HOUSTON, TX – The wrong-way collision that left two people dead yesterday also necessitated a HAZMAT response, TxDOT reports.

According to our earlier reporting, two people died when a wrong-way driver collided with a semi truck on southbound I-69 at W Bellfort Avenue early yesterday morning.
