Stephany Duque-Aguilar joined Kherkher Garcia LLP in 2020. Stephany grew up in Houston, Texas. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Houston, she attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. While at law school, Stephany clerked at a plaintiff’s law firm that focused on personal injury cases. She was recognized for her hard work and acumen and eventually became an associate attorney with the firm. Stephany has gained extensive litigation experience in all phases—from drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediating and ultimately trial. Stephany's dedication and passion for helping her clients comes from her strong sense of family. “Family's very important to me. I've been married for a long time and we have a daughter.
