News: Wrong-way crash injures at least one person on I-45

HOUSTON, TX – At least one person was hurt in a multi-vehicle crash caused by a driver heading north in the southbound lanes of I-45 near Crosstimbers St Friday, KHOU reports.

According to the police, officers saw the driver heading the wrong way and tried to get ahead of it, but the driver slammed into another vehicle before they were able to do so.

Dispatchers sent first responders to the crash site around 2 a.m. They transported at least one person to an area hospital.
