HOUSTON, TX – Police have arrested the man they say is responsible for a fatal four-vehicle collision that happened on Little York Monday night, Click2Houston reports.
Sergio Davila-Rodriguez, 28, was driving a blue Dodge pickup truck west on Little York at about 7:10 p.m. that evening when he hit a curb, entered the eastbound lanes, and slammed head-on into a blue Kia Rio. The force of the impact sent the Rio crashing into a Ford F-450 tow truck that was in the process of towing another vehicle.
Davila-Rodriguez’s Dodge overturned and ejected a female passenger, who died at the scene. The man driving the Kia was also killed in the wreck.
Emergency responders to Davila-Rodriguez to an area hospital, where he was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
