News: Two-vehicle collision on 610 West Loop shuts down four lanes in W Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A two-vehicle collision has shut down four lanes of the 610 West Loop in west Houston earlier this afternoon, according to the Houston Transtar.

The accident took place in the northbound lanes of the 610 West Loop North Freeway before it crosses Woodway Drive sometime this afternoon before 1:50 p.m. The right shoulder, the rightmost lane and two center lanes were temporarily closed as a result of the collision.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt during the accident. Debris from the accident has since been cleared and all lanes are now open to traffic.
