News: Single-vehicle crash in Memorial Park leaves 1 dead

HOUSTON, TX  – A man suffered fatal injuries in a single-vehicle crash on an I-610 service road last Friday.

According to The Leader News, the crash took place at about 5:20 p.m. when 30-year-old Edward Hilton lost control of his Jeep Renegade in the 1300 block of West Loop South, striking a concrete divider and a retaining wall.

Hilton was ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead a the scene. Police believe he was speeding at the time he lost control of his car.
