News: Police respond to fatal crash on Scott St

HOUSTON, TX – A 65-year-old male fatally collided with a crossing signal and light pole at 3500 Scott Street on Oct. 22, Houston police report.

The victim was speeding on eastbound Scott St when he rand a red light and collided with the passenger side door of a BMW 2281 at the intersection with Holman St.

Dispatchers sent first responders to the crash site around 9:15 p.m. They pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Nobody in the BMW was hurt.
