News: Pedestrian fatally hit by car on FM 1774 in Pinehurst

PINEHURST, TX – A 34-year-old woman was killed in a pedestrian crash on FM 1774 Road in Pinehurst early this morning, according to the Montgomery County Police Reporter.

The crash occurred on FM 1774 Rd and FM 149 Road at about 2 a.m., as a 34-year-old woman stepped off the curb while walking in the roadway. There, she was hit by the driver of a Honda Accord.

The impact sent the woman over the vehicle and into the road, where she was discovered dead by authorities.

The driver is not suspected of having been under the influence, and authorities continue to investigate the case.
