News: Multiple vehicles fatally strike pedestrian on Eastex Fwy

HOUSTON, TX – According to KHOU, two cars and a work truck fatally collided with a pedestrian walking his bicycle across the Eastex Fwy Thursday.

The incident occurred near Hopper Rd around 11:30 p.m. The first car struck the man in the main lanes of the Fwy. The second hit his bicycle. He was then struck by the work truck.

Following the accident, all three drivers remained at the scene. Deputies do not believe impairment was a factor in the collisions.
