KOHRVILLE, TX (HARRIS COUNTY) – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a hit-and-run driver on Spring Cypress Road on Christmas Eve, according to information from KTRK.
The crash happened in the 11700 block of Spring Cypress Road, west of the Tomball Parkway, at around 7:20 p.m.
The driver of a white Nissan Altima made a U-turn, pulling into the pathway of a motorcyclist. The motorcyclist was unable to avoid the crash and collided with the vehicle. The driver of the Nissan then fled the scene.
The motorcyclist, who was identified only as a 31-year-old Hispanic man, died at the scene. He was wearing a helmet when the crash occurred.
