News: Man hospitalized after single-vehicle rollover crash on Katy Fwy

KATY, TX – A man was hospitalized after being pulled from his vehicle following a single-vehicle crash on the Katy Freeway service road early this morning, according to KHOU.

The collision happened at about 2:30 a.m. near Westside Parkway on the westbound Katy Fwy (I-10) service road.

The driver of a black Toyota Camry went off the side of the road, and then collided with multiple trees. The Camry rolled over multiple times, causing the driver to become trapped within the wreckage.

After being extricated from the vehicle, he was airlifted to the hospital.

No other people were hurt in the accident.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
