KATY, TX – Two hit-and-run drivers collided with a male bicyclist on the 15200 block of FM 529 overnight, Fox 26 Houston reports.

According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the bicyclist was riding a bike when inadequate lighting on a dark stretch of eastbound FM 529 struck him by the first motorist. That driver then struck a sign in the grass off the roadway before fleeing the area.

The victim was attempting to crawl off the road when he was struck by another who also fled the accident scene.

It is unclear exactly when the victim died. His identity is also unknown at this time.
