News: Elderly passenger dies after car flies off Hamilton St onto Southwest Fwy

HOUSTON, TX – According to ABC 13, an elderly passenger died when a car flew off Hamilton St onto the embankment of the Southwest Fwy Wednesday.
The vehicle was on southbound Hamilton St when it plowed through the barrier and went onto the Fwy below.
First responders transported the elderly passenger to the hospital, where she died. The driver was also taken to the hospital. Their condition is unknown.
Police do not believe impairment was a factor in the collision.
