News: Driver hospitalized after crash with Metro Rail train in Midtown

HOUSTON, TX – A man was rushed to the hospital after his vehicle collided with a metro rail train in Midtown early this morning.

According to Fox 29, the crash took place at about 4 a.m. near Alabama Street and Main Street.

Police believe the driver failed to stop for the oncoming train which subsequently hit his Chevrolet sedan. He was extricated from his vehicle and transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition.
