News: Driver charged in deadly DWI crash on Long Point Rd.

HOUSTON, TX – A man has been charged in connection to a fatal crash in west Houston early Sunday morning.
According to a report by HPD, 21-year-old Flavio Espinoza was heading west on Long Point Road when he ran the red light at Adkins Road at about 3:40 a.m.
Espinoza’s vehilce slammed into a blue Toyota as it was traveling through the intersection.
The Toyota’s front seat passenger, a 44-year-old woman, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
Espinoza was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter after showing signs of impairment at the scene.
