News: Deadly 18-wheeler crash shuts down Hardy Toll Rd.

HOUSTON, TX – A fiery 18-wheeler crash in north Houston resulted in a single fatality early this morning.
According to KTRK, the collision occurred at about 5:30 a.m. when the driver veered into the highway retaningwall near Aldine Bender Road. The truck then flipped over the wall and caught fire.
The driver, whose identity is unclear at this time, was killed in the crash. It is unclear what caused them to veer off the roadway.
Commuters have been advised to seek an alternate route as delays are likely going into Friday afternoon.
