Mission Bend crash kills 2 adults and 1 child

MISSION BEND, TX – Two adults and one child died following a crash on Friday, reports Houston Chronicle.

The cause of the crash is unknown. What is known is that the crash involved two vehicles and was reported to authorities around 1:15 a.m.

One, if not both, of the cars involved, was engulfed in flames following the collision. The force of the impact launched a child’s seat through the windshield. Both drivers died.

Emergency crews hospitalized the child at Texas Medical Center in critical condition. They died there from the injuries sustained in the crash.

The crash is under investigation by the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
