Driver with passenger on I-45 slams into semi-truck, kills both

NEW WAVERLY, TX – Two people are dead following a collision between a car and a semi-truck, according to the Montgomery County Police Reporter.
Multiple emergency crews were dispatched to the section of northbound I-45 near the 106-mile marker between New Waverly and Huntsville after receiving reports of the crash around 6:15 p.m. Monday.
Once they arrived on the scene, first responders discovered that both the driver and passenger in the car had died. The condition of the semi-truck driver is unknown, as is the cause of the accident.
